Basic Membership Plan
Don’t have dental insurance? Don’t worry; you’re not alone. At DTLA Smile, we understand it can be stressful to fit comprehensive dental care for your family into your budget. For patients without dental insurance, we offer affordable DTLA Smile Care plans so as to make quality dental care accessible to everyone.
Our Basic Membership Plan can benefit both adults and children. Patients pay $39 per month and $149 as a Lifetime Activation Fee. With this plan, our patients receive two doctor exams, two professional dental cleanings, one fluoride treatment, hot towel TMJ massage, and lip care. The basic Membership Plan also includes X-rays as determined by the dentist and an emergency exam if needed. They also receive a 15% discount on all other treatments though some exclusions may be applicable. This plan is ideal for patients with good periodontal health for regular dental cleanings and examinations, and they save at least $226.00 a year!
VIP Membership Plan
If you don’t have dental insurance and are looking for an affordable and quality dental health plan, DTLA Smile offers a VIP Membership Plan. This plan is ideal for patients who are 13 years or older and without any periodontal disease.
With VIP Membership Plan, patients pay $69 per month and $199 as a Lifetime Activation Fee. This plan includes two doctor exams, two professional dental cleanings, one in-office teeth whitening treatment for patients above the age of sixteen, hot towel TMJ massage, and lip care. The VIP Membership Plan also covers X-rays as determined by the dentist and unlimited emergency exams if needed at $10 per visit. The patients also receive minimal conscious sedation for treatment over $500. Additional benefits include a discount of $1000 for Invisalign treatment, free parking during dental visits, and a 20% discount on all other treatments though some exclusions may be applicable. Patients with a VIP membership plan save a minimum of $316.00 a year!
Elite Membership Plan
At DTLA Smile, we understand it can be difficult to get quality dental care at an affordable cost, especially for patients without insurance. So, we have designed an in-office Smile Care plan to make obtaining essential dental services easier and much more affordable.
Our Elite Membership Plan offers a wide variety of benefits for its members. The program is ideal for patients aged thirteen or older who do not have periodontal disease. Elite Membership Plan costs $99 per month with a lifetime activation fee of $199. The plan covers a wide variety of both routine and cosmetic procedures – 2-4 professional dental cleanings, two doctor exams, two in-office teeth whitening procedures, custom whitening trays, and refill for whitening at re-care visits. Members of the Elite Membership Plan also receive free minimal conscious sedation for treatment over $500, free dental X-rays if needed, and a special discount of $1500 on Invisalign treatments. The other benefits covered include unlimited emergency exams at $10 per visit, complimentary retainer or night guard after completion of treatment, hot towel TMJ massage, lip care, and free parking during dental visits. Patients also receive 30% off for all other treatments though some exclusions may apply. Under the Elite Membership plan, members save at least $1,012.00 a year and obtain quality, low-cost dental care easier than ever.
Perio Membership
If paying out-of-pocket for active periodontal maintenance and treatment is too expensive for you and stops you from receiving necessary dental care, DTLA Smile offers a Perio Membership Plan. This plan is ideal for patients who are at an increased risk of periodontal disease.
Perio Membership Plan costs $69 per month and $149 as a Lifetime Activation Fee. The plan covers 3-4 perio maintenance cleanings, 1-2 doctor exams, fluoride treatment, hot towel TMJ massage, and lip care services. With the Perio maintenance plan, the patient also receives needed X-rays and one emergency exam per year if required. Patients also get 20% off for all other treatments though some exclusions may apply.
