Nice place with very friendly staff. I appreciate the fact that they send you the paperwork online before your appointment so you’re not spending hours in the waiting room doing it and waiting for them to process, like other places. Dr. Park was very nice and generous enough to fit me into an empty slot in his schedule after my consultation. Got everything I wanted done in one go.

Scheduling routine check-ups is simple, and they even send out a confirmation call or text before your appointment. As a patient with intense dental anxiety, the thought of picking up the phone to schedule an appointment is overwhelming, let alone the actual visit with the sound of that drill. 😳 During each of my past three visits, the team didn’t hesitate to ensure my comfort while waiting for the numbing med to take effect or question my assortment of anti anxiety measures – sleeping mask, blanket, noise cancelling headphones. They even let me borrow the weighted X-ray vest. Needless to say, I have alot of work to get done and it’ll all be with the DTLA Smile team.

Every visit I’ve had here has gone smoothly. Dr. Park always puts a big smile on my face :D and makes me feel very comfortable during every visit.
